Living With Fusion
Quartzite is the hardest natural surface on this list, which is why knives dull against it rather than marking it. It is still porous, so it needs sealing. Oil is the one thing to wipe promptly — repeated oil in the same spot can dull a polished finish, though it polishes back out.
